As you may have seen in the media, the UK courier networks are seeing massively increased volume which is leading to delays in some areas. This issue is affecting businesses up and down the country and we do ask that you allow extra time for your parcel to move through the courier network. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask that you take these delays into consideration when sending your device in for repair over the festive period.

  • Gadget Repairs & Replacements

    Repairs and Replacements

    If your claim is accepted and you’ve settled any excess payment, we then sort out what happens next. We’ll either repair your device with the best parts possible, or if it cannot be repaired, or has been lost or stolen, we’ll organise a replacement as close as possible to your current gadget.
